Kimberly Kuchman, Candidate CPA, MBA, MST is a results-oriented professional, executing projects with efficiency and clarity, no matter how complex the issue. She draws her experience from over 15 years across the non-profit sector, various entrepreneurial endeavors and client engagements in a range of industries. Kimberly's history combined with a technical and practical understanding of work automation, related file management and the applicable accounting and tax procedures, offers clients a unique perspective, as she knows first-hand the juggling and breadth of challenges business owners and managers face.

Working in the international youth exchange industry for over a decade, she earned a reputation for her skill in critically evaluating business practices and improving processes of organizations challenged by resource constraints, communication-flow and data management. Kimberly has leveraged this talent in designing accounting infrastructure, strengthening internal controls and reconstructing financial data for distressed firms plagued by IRS/local tax issues, bankruptcy and other obstacles.

In order to effect long-lasting improvements, Kimberly believes it is essential to understand what lies beyond the "numbers" of a business—its culture, methodology and environment. Her holistic approach to consulting integrates the heart and soul of a business with its financial reality in a way that frees managers and owners to move toward their ultimate vision of success.

Above all, Kimberly values balance and believes that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. She is a pilates enthusiast and a classically-trained pianist, playing for over 30 years. She spends free time teaching piano lessons to children. A native of Dutchess County, New York, Kimberly moved to the Washington, DC area in the mid-1990s. She has two Yorkshire Terriers, Miles and Huckleberry and resides in Bethesda, MD.
