Most firms tell you how much a refund they can get you, then they will go on and paint a picture of themselves as tax magicians, pulling refunds out of a hat. At Neimat Kuchman we don't want you to receive a large refund, because if you did we wouldn't be doing our jobs. Refunds, are just that; you overpay your taxes, and they give you your money a year later. We work to hard to ensure that you keep as much of your money during the year as possible, when you need it the most. We pride ourself in not just "reporting" last year tax and financial activity, but in making sure they "plan" for you to save taxes.
Members of our team have been preparing individual income tax returns as long as 20 years ago. Our client list has single and family taxpayers with adjusted gross revenues between $20,000 and $3,000,000. Most have one or more homes, kid(s), child care costs or college costs and itemized deductions. A good number have stock option activity, one or more rental homes, securities transactions and small business reportings. We regularly prepare returns for clients who are employed in and pay taxes to multiple states.
All of this translates into a vast amount of intellectual property available to us. While we cannot claim to have done it all we can honestly say we have done a good amount and what we haven't done we can figure out. So, what we are saying is that if you have a tax situation, bring it on. We can handle it!
